Missed calls shouldn’t mean missed work

Catch the leads you miss. Keep the record of the work.

Missed calls, website chats and estimate forms land on one list, and every one gets an instant “we got it.” You call back, you quote it, you close it.

  • Nothing answers your phone
  • One list, newest first
  • Homeowner hears back instantly
The office leads list. A search box, an Add lead button, filter chips for To call, Waiting, Won and Closed, and three leads newest first, each with the job and a red flag reading they called and you haven't called back or came in and no call logged yet. DEMO

Phone. Chat. Form. One list.

A missed call, a website chat at nine at night, an estimate form from the couch. Three doors, one list.

What happens when you can’t pick up

You’re on a ladder. A call comes in.

  1. It gets caught.

The call rolls to a short “sorry we missed you” and a voicemail on your own number. It comes back typed out, with the caller’s number, on the same list as your chats and forms.

  2. The homeowner gets a “we got it” right away.

An instant reply goes out: we got it, someone will be in touch. That’s all it says, and it’s enough to stop them scrolling for the next name.

  3. You come down and call back.

The list shows who hasn’t been called yet. You call, you quote it, you close it, same as now. You just know who called.

A lead's timeline in the office screen: a voicemail from a homeowner with its audio player, and under it the auto-transcript, typed out, ending with his phone number read out loud and when he's around. DEMO

What it does

Two simple halves. One complete picture.

Missed calls and voicemails, caught.

The catch

You stop working. The leads don’t.

  • Missed-call voicemail on your own number, typed out with the name and callback number.
  • A website chat, the night guy, asks project, budget and timeline and gets a name and number. It never quotes.
  • A real estimate page, not a contact form: filled in from the couch at 10pm, on your list the minute they hit send.
  • One list, newest first, uncalled leads flagged. On the 1st, a monthly summary.

One project page. They answer from their phone.

The project page

This week’s status, the photos you release, the files, and the yes/no questions — on one page your customer opens from a text. When they answer, you know.

  • Crew photos from any phone onto the right job, with the note typed on site.
  • You release what the homeowner sees: this week’s status, the photos, yes/no approvals from their phone. With the add-on, an estimate slot from the ones you opened.
  • Dated PDF photo reports for the file.

The night guy

Tap through what the chat asks.

You’re the homeowner, on a contractor’s site at 9pm. Tap what they’d tap. A scripted walk-through — nothing here is saved.

On the real thing the lead is on your list the minute the chat ends, you get an email, and the homeowner gets a note it was received. It never quotes, never books.

DEMO

Scripted walk-through. Nothing here is saved.

You stay in control

The boundary.

Four things it never does, on purpose:

With the add-on, a homeowner can pick a slot you opened. Nothing else ever touches your calendar.

And no — nothing here picks up your phone. A missed call gets a plain “sorry we missed you” and a voicemail, not a robot receptionist. Nobody hands a $40,000 remodel to a robot. A real person quotes the job and closes it. That person is you.

We install it on your site and run it. Your website stays yours.

  • Chat installed on your existing website. We don’t rebuild it.

  • Missed-call voicemail catch on the number you already have. Voicemails typed out and logged with the caller’s number.
  • Every homeowner hears back right away that their request landed and someone will be in touch: email and text for form requests, in the chat itself, on the voicemail greeting. The callback is yours.
  • Every new lead in your inbox the minute it lands, with project, budget and timeline whenever the homeowner gave them.
  • One dashboard where every lead lands, newest first, uncalled ones flagged. We set it up.
  • On the 1st, a monthly summary emailed to you.

  • Ask us to drop it any month and you’re back to $497. Nothing else changes.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does anything answer my phone?

No. A caller who doesn’t reach you hears a short greeting and leaves a message, the same as always. The difference is the message comes back typed out, with the number to call.

What do I have to learn?

Not much, but not nothing. The office gets one screen with one list on it. The crew gets a share button on the phone they already carry. We set it all up and walk you through it, and after that you call, quote and close the way you do now.

Where do the photos go?

Onto the right job, in your office first. You pick which ones the homeowner ever sees; the rest stay in the file. Nothing gets posted anywhere public.

Does it book estimates?

Only with the add-on, and only into slots you opened on your calendar. The homeowner picks one; you still set and do the estimate. Without the add-on, nothing books anything.

Put it on your site.

We get back to you within a business day, by email or a quick call, whichever you put down.
